So why did I label it a Van Halen song ? First and foremost reason is that their cover is better than the original, to general acclaim, and secondly, as has happened throughout my blog, I put it this way as it is how I first heard the song as a teenager (bowled over, mate), namely as sung by Van Halen. And thirdly, I do as I bloody want. Is me blog, luve.
 

Si ce sont les Kinks qui l'ont créé, pourquoi l'avoir posté sous le nom Van Halen ? En tout premier lieu, car leur version est meilleure que l'original, de l'avis général. De deux, c'est par eux que je l'ai entendu la première fois quand j'étais ado, et que scié je fus. De trois, je fais bien ce que je veux, c'est mon blog.
