The Nile song, a metal rock song, was composed by Pink Floyd in 1969 for the More long feature.


C'est un morceau historique, en ce sens que c'est le premier de l'histoire du rock qui soit hurlé. C'est donc Le premier titre fondateur du Metal. Les amateurs de metal rock doivent la création de leur genre à un groupe de rock planant qui a composé ce morceau il y a 48 ans. Led Zeppelin et Deep Purple, formations majeures du hard rock, existaient depuis une petite année, et ne chantaient pas en hurlant.

It is historical in the sense that it the first ever screamed song, and as such was the first ever metal song. So metal rock fans, tough shit maybe, but be aware that your genre was created by the Pink Floyd in the sixties. Led Zeppelin and Deep Puple had just started a year before and did not scream-sing their songs.


A l'époque Syd Barrett faisait partie du groupe, et ne sera remplacé par David Gilmour que quelques années plus tard.
